Experience Our Thriving Community
Whether it’s joining your friends at Rock the Boat, serving our community alongside your roommates, or worshipping together with our campus community at chapel—your 51ºÚÁÏ experience will show you that true joy is best experienced in community.

Events, spiritual growth, and service opportunities are designed to build Christ-centered community and create lasting relationships.
Our Best Tradition
Sweet 16 Events
Campus life at Charleston Southern University provides opportunities for you to get involved, meet new people, develop your leadership skills, try new things, discover your passion, and more. This is your community – the people you go to class with, live with, work, serve, and play with. Find your place in the larger 51ºÚÁÏ community. #onceaBucalwaysaBuc
51ºÚÁÏ has packed more Operation Christmas Child boxes than any other university in the nation for six years in a row.
Faith & Spiritual Formation
51ºÚÁÏ is an intentionally Christian university. We invest in the spiritual formation of all students through weekly chapel, service activities, small groups and campus worship.
Our active Campus Ministries staff fosters a discipleship culture that allows students from all walks of life to engage with one another in activities they love.
